Rate limiting

Rate limits control how frequently you can send requests to the Enterprise API. The limits below apply per user.

The applicable limit depends on the endpoint group. Use the sections below to find the limit for your request.

Jump to WorkspacesWorkspaces

Use the Workspaces endpoint to retrieve the workspaces available to your account:

GET /apis/v4/enterprise/v1/workspaces

For details, refer to Get Workspaces.

Jump to ProjectsProjects

Use the Projects endpoints to list projects in a workspace or retrieve a specific project:

GET /apis/v4/enterprise/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/aio/projects
GET /apis/v4/enterprise/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/aio/projects/{project_id}

For details, refer to Get AIO Projects and Get AIO Project.

Jump to Prompt TrackingPrompt Tracking

Prompt Tracking endpoints return data about the prompts tracked in an AIO project, such as visibility, mentions, sentiment, citations, sources, and AI responses. Their URLs start with:

/apis/v4/enterprise/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/aio/projects/{project_id}/prompt-tracking/

For the available endpoints, refer to the Enterprise API reference.

Jump to Handling rate limitsHandling rate limits

Design your integration to stay within the applicable limits:

  • Pace requests evenly instead of sending them in bursts.
  • Queue requests when necessary.
  • If the API returns 429 Too Many Requests, wait before retrying and increase the delay between repeated retries.
